보통 하루 이내의 간격을 두고(...특히 불안한 상태라면 고작 십 분이나 십오 분이 될 수도 있다) 우리가 뭘 하고 있었건 간에 뉴스를 확인하기 위해 하던 일을 멈춘다. 앞서 마지막으로 뉴스를 일별한 이후 이 행성 곳곳에서 일어난 인류의 엄청난 성취, 재난, 범죄, 전염병, 복잡한 연애사에 관한 결정적 정보를 잇달아 투여받겠다는 기대를 품고 일상을 잠시 멈춘다.
이제부터 하게 될 일은 어디에서나 볼 수 있는 이 익숙한 습관을 지금보다 훨씬 더 이상하면서도 조금은 위태롭게 보이도록 해보려는 연습이다.

'Why I wanna go to Beijing'
*my application for 2015 spring semester exchange student program in Beijing Technology and Business University.
If somebody wants to go to 'New York' in 1900s, he was not supposed to say the reason. And ,of course, he couldn't. Even though he says any purpose or any plan, he will see, hear and experience truly more things than he says.
Now, in 2000s, Am I supposed to say the reason why I want to go to 'Beijing'? And can I say it in only some words? But, I could say the university that I want to go to, Beijing Technology and Business University, is just 'Beijing' in other words, and I feel as I am surrounded by some huge wave, because I believe 'Beijing' is namely 'World' nowadys.
So, I mainly hope to improve my languages and have the chance to re-understand about China through BTBU programs, and futhermore I imagine some detailed images that my whole body will dash against in Beijing.
In spring, 2015, I am
- talking with a lot of people from various countries in the campus and the streets of Beijing.
- having a attention to characteristical arts of China that is being hugely impressed world art today.
- growing deep in my eyes while I stroll every corner of Beijing with my camera that is extension of my eyes.
For this, I will follow the schedule of the exchange student program of BTBU next spring semester. And I also hope you ,BTBU, help me in my schedule.
